I build the system behind the AI.

My background is in digital marketing, CRO, UX research, and statistical analysis — about 15 years across all of it. I've run structured testing programs for large global organizations, built behavioral measurement systems from scratch, and presented data-driven findings to executives who don't have time for hedged language.

At some point, AI became the thing every team wanted to bolt onto their existing process. I watched a lot of that go wrong in predictable ways: tools deployed without workflow redesign, outputs nobody knew how to evaluate, ROI nobody measured.

That's the gap I work in.

What I do

I audit AI workflows — not the models, but the systems they run inside. I look at how decisions are actually being made, where AI is accelerating the wrong things, and where structured measurement is missing entirely. Then I build the framework to fix it.

The field this maps to is called Decision Intelligence: the intersection of behavioral science, data, and AI, used to improve the quality and speed of organizational decisions — not just automate them.

Who I work with

Mid-market companies, typically 50–500 employees. Marketing teams, ops teams — anyone with measurable problems and a real budget to solve them. Not startups running on instinct. Not agencies reselling time.

How to work with me

Most engagements start with an AI Productivity Audit — a structured session that maps your current workflows, identifies 3–5 high-leverage AI opportunities, and delivers a prioritized implementation roadmap. Flat fee. No retainer commitment to get started.

Clients who want to move from roadmap to implementation work with me on a monthly retainer basis. I build the workflows, train the people using them, and measure output improvement throughout.
